openBVE
openBVE is an open source, free of charge train driving simulator, which is intended to be compatible with routes and trains developed for BVE2 and BVE4. openBVE also features unique extensions and supports animation and external train views. It will be expanded at the wish of the community beyond mere compatibility. The simulation is being developed for Windows, Linux and Mac.
(This link will take you to the main openBVE homepage hosted by Michelle - the author of the openBVE program. These pages have their own forums).
